2hrs Adult Ballet Intensive Beginner Workshop by Ms Milla
Beginner Day starts with floor barre to strengthen core muscles and improve alignment, followed by a beginner class focused on foundational technique and musicality in a relaxed, supportive environment. After a short break, the workshop concludes with a gentle and encouraging introduction to the basics of pirouettes, designed to build confidence. You’ll explore simple turning techniques like spotting, balance, and placement—step by step—so even those new to pirouettes can feel safe, supported, and empowered to try.

3hrs Adult Ballet Intensive Beginner - Intermediate Workshop by Ms Milla
A 3-hour ballet intensive designed for adult beginners to intermediate dancers. Start with a Floor Barre warm-up to strengthen and align your body, followed by a full ballet class focusing on foundational technique and fluid movement. After a short break, finish strong with an Improver Jumps session, where you’ll develop control, power, and grace in your jumps, building confidence to elevate your dance skills.

4hrs Gyrokinesis & Ballet
Both Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® are movement systems designed to improve strength, flexibility, and functional mobility through circular and flowing motion. For ballet dancers, these methods are especially effective in:
