Our RAD Certified Teacher
Ms Phylicia Oon
RAD Registered Teacher ; Ballet Instructor
Ms. Phylicia is an Oxford graduate with a BA (Hons) in Economics and Management and a Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies, Phylicia balances her career as an Executive with ongoing RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern Theatre Advanced training, holding a Distinction in Advanced Modern Theatre. Her achievements include the Platinum Award (Jazz) and Gold Medal (Lyrical) at IAF International 2024, 2nd place at the World Dance Festival South Korea 2024, and multiple TRDO accolades. In spite of her young age, she brings a wealth of teaching experience, skillfully working with young students from 3 years old as well as adult students.
Passionate about dance education, Ms. Phylicia hopes to nurture and equip the younger generation of dancers with the right tools to explore and portray expressions, encouraging them to expand their inner talents and fulfill their dreams.

Step into the world of classical ballet and bring famous stage variations to life in this exciting Level 2 Classical Repertoire course, designed around the RAD Grade 5 / Intermediate Foundation standard.
In this focused and inspiring program, students don’t just learn steps — they build the technique, strength, and artistry needed to perform real classical variations with confidence and presence. Each unit is carefully structured to connect technical training directly to choreography, so dancers clearly feel their progress.
Students will learn and perform:
Coppélia Act II – Spanish Dance
Giselle – Peasant Dance
Course structure (3 units):
Unit 1 — Barre and Centre training that directly prepares the body and coordination for variation work
Unit 2 — Targeted development exercises leading into Coppélia Spanish Dance
Unit 3 — Targeted development exercises leading into Giselle Peasant Dance
This class is perfect for students who want to experience true classical repertoire while sharpening their technique, musicality, and performance quality. Dancers will also have the opportunity to take examinations, giving them a clear milestone and sense of achievement.
