Terms & Conditions

 

Fees

  • Students must complete their registration and pay all fees in full before they start attending classes.

  • All payments made are non-refundable.

  • Lesson Fee should be paid in advance or at the start of the confirmed private lesson. Otherwise, late payment fees at 10% of the Lesson Fee shall apply.

  • In case of cancellations or postponements requested by student or parents:

    • 1-2 weeks before : 50% of fees forfeited

    • 0-6 days before : 100% of fees forfeited

Medical History & Injuries

  • Prior​ to the commencement of the dance program, students (or the Parents / Guardians of students for Pre Ballet to Ballet Level 4) shall inform our instructor of any injury or medical condition that will be aggravated by dance practices & exercises.

  • Private Students (and their Parents / Guardians of students for Pre Ballet to Ballet Level 4) shall agree to the risks involved in their participation of the dance programme. They shall be aware and accept that there are risks associated with all forms of dance and exercise, which may include but are not limited to muscle injuries (i.e sprains and strains) and broken bones. M.A BALLET will not be responsible for or be subjected to all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any nature that may arise during the dance programme or events.

Others 

  • Please be punctual for class. There will be no extension / rescheduling of class for late comers.

  • All students must wear the M.A BALLET uniform for class. Long hair must be tied back in a ballet bun.

  • Parents / Guardians of students for Pre Ballet to Ballet Level 4 are not allowed into the dance studio during class.

  • Private Students (or Parents / Guardians of students for Pre Ballet to Ballet Level 4) are to contact M.A BALLET in advance if they are to be absent from any of the classes.

  • M.A BALLET reserves the right to change our dance programme instructors without prior notice.

  • M.A BALLET will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the belongings of the students during the dance programme.

  • Students (or Parents / Guardians of students for Pre Ballet to Ballet Level 4) are required to notify M.A BALLET 1 month in advance should they wish to terminate their dance programme.

  • Physical contact may be necessary to demonstrate exercises or techniques during class.

  • Parents / Guardians of students for Pre Ballet to Ballet Level 4 must be present to pick up your child / ward immediately upon class dismissal. Our instructors will not be responsible for the safety of the students before or after the class times.

  • All students are expected to be attentive during class. M.A BALLET reserves the right to remove any student who is unruly / disruptive / abusive during class.

  • M.A BALLET reserves the right to update our Terms & Conditions, fees and class schedules without prior notice. We shall take reasonable steps to inform all students of such changes in advance.

  • All mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent mode during class.

  • Please update M.A BALLET immediately of any changes to your contact details in writing. All details will be held in strict confidentiality.

  • Please keep the studio clean at all times.

  • M.A BALLET explicitly reserves all our rights over photographs and videos taken during our classes and performances. These materials may be used for our advertisements and publications​. No copying, reproduction of any materials will be allowed without our prior written consent.
