Milla was born in Wiesbaden, Germany. After undergoing her professional dance education at Ballet Opera Leipzig and John Neumeier Ballet School in Hamburg, she danced at the CINEVOX Junior Company for 2 years. Afterward, she became a member of the Company Staatstheater Mainz under the guidance of Pascal Touzeau and the Musiktheater Linz under the guidance of Jochen Ulrich. Over the years, she has a broad repertoire which includes choreographies from Ralf Rossa, Linda Magnifica, Félix Duméril, Franz Brodmann, Oliver Essigmann and Nicole Soltermann; Nutcracker Arabian dance, Giselle Peasant Pas de deux, Swan lake corps de ballet, Romeo and Juliet, Montaque, La Bayadère, Sacre du Printemps, Bolero. 

She began her teaching journey in several German private schools and Medicos Auf Schalke, where she helped with the rehabilitation of injured dancers. This inspired her to obtain a Master’s Degree in Dance Science at the University of Bern (Switzerland) with the focus on health, biomechanics, motor control and psychology under guidance of Andrea Schärli. 

In 2016, She taught at the Ballettförderzentrum Nürnberg and worked in Munich at a vocational school under Christiane Böhm. Since 2017, she has taught professionally at the 'Chronos Movement' in Basel, Winterthur (Tanzwinterthur, Switzerland), Tanzhaus Zürich (Switzerland), Tilburg (Netherland), Dansateliers Rotterdam (Netherland), Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance (Munich) as well as the Dance Department in the University of Ostrava (Czech Republic).

 She also travelled as far as Mozambique’s School Interdance Maputo where she became a Partner in February 2019, before finding herself in Hong Kong as a ballet instructor at the Jean M. Wong School of Ballet.
